False reward program advertising- ABSA

ABSA continually advertise their rewards program- but try and claim that reward on your mobile app - not happening

I have registered numerous complaints and get the same answer every time - a technical problem and we are working on it

Fix it -you are falsely advertising rewards that can't be claimed
