False policy advertising
On 09/07/2018 took out an Instant FitLife Cover: Policy issued, policy number 281562.
I was advised that post my 1st premium Debit order within in 7 working days a Fitbit will be delivered to me as part big this cover subject to eligibility for a 15% reduction in premium is subject to keeping fit for 6 consecutive months. This is now month 2 since waiting for this Fitbit, the 2nd debit order has run and still no Fitbit. I have followed up for the past 2weeks and everytime I'm told "it's in a batch" that is being couriered but turn around time cannot be confirmed.
On 29/07/18 spoke to Ashen, I told him I'm not interested in the batch story, he said he will follow up with courier company and confirmed my cellphone number to this day I have not heard from him.
This is a definition of false advertising of a product or cover with no reassurance and no delivery.
Please can someone advise what is going on.
