I app**** for online loan via online banking. I received a message from absa \your loan has being approved to to proceed to receive payout. Went online but the system kept throwing out. but I believed the loan was approved. and asked aqua pool to go ahead with repairs. today I called in they said credit consultant still.busy. then rec sms loan doesn't meet requirements. im stuck without funds for repairs alre started. Now before posting this I read numerous previous posts for absa regarding the same problem. but they have still refused to rectify the problem. so people like me are not put in such situations.and im not settling for an apology like the rest.I in ten refering the matter ti the banking oubudstman"
