False ***** SAFPS listing.!!

this Bank loads false ***** against my name! making it able for me not to get credit. the service i got then after writing on Hello peter did not resolve anything they just told me that my listing will stay on SAFPS. this has been a headache for me and they are unable to remove this from my name.

Summary of complaint:

With reference to the Hellopeter correspondence received dated the 6 July 2020 regarding ***** division not assisting client to remove record of an attempted ***** application that the ********* wanted to do in client’s name.

Our response:

Your matter was escalated to the mandated officials at ***** division for their review and further assessment and we would like to respond as follows:

Investigation shows that the ***** in question was not a case of impersonation.

The ********** temp driver’s license that was provided on the application, have the same signatures;

The photo of person on ********** document is the same person on ID and Driver’s license provided.

Cellphone number that was on ********** application is the same cellphone number of the client querying the listing.

As previously advised by Mathilda Siwela from ***** Prevention, for the reason that ***** in question was not the case of impersonation or 3rd party ***** but of 1st party *****, the listing cannot be removed and will remain on SAFPS.

We extend our unconditional apology for the inconvenience that may have been caused as a result of this matter.

Our office is therefore closing the case given the reasons provided above.

so what am i do to now NONE OF THIS IS MY PROBLEM>
