False and invalid Warranty

My car was financed with a warrantee that is invalid. It has taken me 2 years to remove the warranty from my original financed amount but Absa and a group called Innovation can't seem to get it right. The warranty states that the cars service records should be up to date for the warrantee to be valid. When I bought my car, the service records wasn't up to date. How this slipped by the finance department and the dealer selling the car is amazing. Absa can also not supply me with a statement reflecting the breakdown of my original financed amount. No one calls me back, I have to call and held for 1/2 hour every time just to hear that the person who is dealing with the query is unavailable. Im going to report them to the FSB and NCR if not sorted out soon. Why would they force you to take out a warranty with your finance even though you can never use it? I want back the full warranty amount credited on my financed amount and all interest written off because of absa not knowing how to do their work right the first time.
