On the website they wrote anyone from 18 to 70 years can apply for a cover

But now,my 69 year old mom is being giving a run around for getting the cover

Don't advertise things you are not going to offer the people

From call center agencies ,they don't have correct information and the we went to the branch still.they playing this stupid delay tactic .

So disappointed,i wonder how the claims go by when a simple thing of getting a cover seems so difficult
