I had a Life Cover with One Life that has passed due to Covid retrenchment problems, I was given a call by someone I cant remember stating that they will offer me another life cover the benefits are the same. That was through telephonic, I had an accident & the diagnosis was permanently injured when I went to claim they said they do not cover for such.

I then went to the branch to request the recording because the person said they cover the same way as one life. The new cover was from Instant Life.
