In November 2019 a Guy by the name of Matthew Risst came to my office with his team to promote Absa and the managed to persuade me and my colleagues to switch to Absa. Matthew explained the benefits of switching to Absa, one of those benefits was getting a cash back of R2000 in my account after 45 days of my first salary with them. It is now the 4th month and there's nothing. I have been trying to get hold of him with no luck, l'm now in contact with the Federal Trade Commission regarding the matter because l still feel like l was mislead by the sales person and the company as a whole because he was not alone on that day. What triggers me is the fact that he didn't give a proper information even about pricing. In December l was charged R850 bank charges and now lm charged R430. I would really appreciate if this can be taken into consideration. This is False adverti*****t
