False advertising by absa bank on fixed deposit rates

i have completed quotes on hippo.co.za for a fixed deposit for 3 years and the rate is confirmed at 10.03 percent. I accepted and received feedback from FEEFO.com that absa would be in touch with me. so I completed the request 3 times in the last two weeks and absa has not called me or emailed me. I called them and they rudely stated that they don't know hippo.co.za and that they cannot give me the rate that is advertised on the hippo.co.za site. why are falsely advertising rates they cannot commit? this needs to be reported to the banking ombudsman as this is the promised rate with their absa bank logo on it. I want this rate as it is advertised to their appointed third part vendor.
