False advertising by Absa

<p>I saw this ad on your website https://www.absa.co.za/personal/borrow/for-myself/explore/ to switch my loan from Capitec to Absa because you promise better interest rates, and this is what I was looking for over the same time period. But when I went to Cape Gate branch this was not as easy as advertised. I got declined on the spot and wasted almost 3 hours in the branch. What is the correct information then?</p>
