False Advertising - Avios /Disgusting

Be careful when taking out a credit card with Absa / Avios the points you are suppose to earn is all foney they lie about what you are suppose to earn, they are quick to get you to spend so you can recieve points but up until you have spent the money there are no points allocated you stop receiving statements and the service doesnt seem to change being Absa... its shocking as it always was. The staff make promises that cannot be kept and then have no record of what they have promised, absolutely disgusting and i hope this lands in the correct mail box as something seriously needs to change within Absa / Avios. Seems like a whole lots of false advertising.
