False Advertising amounting to *****

I am a private banking customer.

On the ABSA website it is clearly stipulated that "As a Private Banking customer you will enjoy travel benefits, which include ...... exclusive airport lounge access......" There is a tab below where it is stated that I can register on the Dragonpass app or website.

This is deceptive and **********, not all private banking customers have access to Dragonpass lounges, you need to hold a specific private banking account (which is not mentioned anywhere on the ABSA website)

I have to insist on the rewards offered on the ABSA website since there is no distinction made between different private banking.
