FALSE ADVERTISING - ABSA BANK INSURANCE

We have lodge a claim for our borehole pump with ABSA Bank which was declined after waiting for three weeks,

Their policy and website clearly reads "Get complete cover for accidental Damage" We will cover your home when damage is inflicted on your property that you had no control over"

Further on the policy " Sudden and unexpected damage to machinery used solely for domestic purposes, of swimming pool, jacuzzis, BOREHOLES ..."

According to Absa the claim was declined due to power searches and power dip.

Not acceptable! I have no control over power searches! Why do I have insurance then?
