False Advertising

good day <br> <br> my mom app**** for a personal loan online on your online banking as it say you can have your money with in 10min now once you have done this they ask you to email payslips and id which is fine but only to find out it take 3 working days!!! we could have gone into the branch and did the loan it would have been quicker now we have to hold on,on a call center and follow up with the call center my mom has had the same account for 35years <br> <br> and don't know the status of the loan <br> other bank work much better by the way
