False advertising
I get sms's monthly notifying me that I have qualified for vouchers i.e. 100 mb data and 1 food outlet voucher but when you redeem the food outlet voucher it says the voucher has expired whereas you have never used. You redeem the food voucher today and get it 5 days later. Bank is giving us wrong information and robbing us. What they are doing is false competition and they know it very well themselves because you'll call them with your own airtime, they put you on hold forever until you run out of airtime. Please reconsider your ways of dealing with clients
