FAILURE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY

My loan is being deducted before the agreed date with Absa bank . I've contacted the Bank to correct the mistake but nothing has been resolved. The bank denies the responsibility for changing the dates and they say it is Old Mutual. Initially we had agreed that the payments are debited on 15th of every month but they deduct the money on any day either 12th, 13th, 14th which leaves my account overdrawn and i get charged each time they take the payments before the agreed date. I have my bank statements as proof and the agreement as well.<br> <br> Please kindly assist as this is affecting me financially and i get numerous calls from Absa which is unnecessary and it isn't my fault. each time i get debited before the 15th, the bank charges me money every month. Please assist.
