Failure to take notice down from ITC
In September 2012 the company I worked for closed unexpectedly. We then went under debt review in oder to pay all our accounts as we have never neglected to pay our debt. Upon completion and all our debt was paid in full we received a 'paid up" letter from ABSA as well as a "paid up" letter from Court. To date ABSA failed to remove the notice at ITC. We have been going back and forth regarding this situation for over 2 year's now without any success. We have even paid additional attorneys to try and fix this but without any luck.

I had a few accounts which were all under review but the one with the problem was a personal loan Account no. ***. The paid up letter was issued on 05/08/2019.
