failure to stop internet banking transfer

Good day my name is Neren I recently experience a problem where my clients email address was hacked and I was issued with a ********** bank account info, knowing I was owing money I did an Eft payment after been contacted by my client within a 3 hour period I notified absa knowing that the money has not cleared in the false account,I was then asked to send an email through to an absa support email address where there reply says it can take 48 hours for me to be contacted by absa. The next morning I reported the incident to the saps who went to the oppisite bank and after the detective filling out all the documents he found that the money was cleared and the ********** already removed R7000 from that account were he then made arrangements to suspend that account. If I hadn't acted all of my money would have been gone and absa would have said its to late, which has been said about the money withdrawn. If absa was faster to respond and take actions(knowing they protect our money) when they are notified a problem like this can be prevented & stopped. It seems when a mistake transpires with internet banking there's little can be done by them.truly dssapointed
