Failure to respond to requests
I've been sending numerous emails to *** and *** asking them to change my mortgage term from 20 to the maximum term. They never responded and I'm at a point where by I don't know what to do any longer as they might end up selling my property as foreclosure which would be against rule 46(1)(a) which clearly state that no person should be evicted from their respective permanent residency.
