Failure to resolve administrative error after 7 weeks - ignoring complaints

ABSA have failed to resolve an administration error on their side for the last 7 week. I have submitted two or three separate formal complaints via their website and all I have received are automated responses. One of the responses requested info which I provided but then no response was received so i submitted another complaint.

How can it take 7 weeks for ABSA to sort this out ?
