My Dad passed on in Nov 2013 and all his accounts were frozen since as a result. He had a Will with ABSA.
My Mom is a sole beneficiary and was asked to submit all the relevant documents which she did.My Dads file was then allocated to a Mrs H of Sechaba Trust,ABSA
Pretoria North.
At the moment the Businesses and houses are still in my Fathers name and this is an inconvenience for us as we cannot run them effectively or authorise anything
relating to them.

One of ABSAs promises on Will and Estates is to employ "Highly qualified Legal experts to ensure timeous and accurate winding up of the Estate."
If the above statement was true, why is my Fathers file still sitting on someones desk more than three(3) years later and
how do you think my Mom,who is a Pensioner, been surviving financially if your company is dragging their feet to process her documents.

Clearly the person allocated this duty is someone who needs to be trained on how to do her job properly and effeciently.ABSA is a reputable company and I am utterly
disappointed with the treatment given to its loyal Clients.
I therefore expect positive feedback within the next five(5) working days.
