FAILURE TO PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL

I understand that i missed a premium, but you cant keep calling me a the wrong time next thing you gonna assume i am running away and hand over the file. Your calls are recorded listen to them and you will hear i asked to be called at certain times and the consultants failed to call me at those times!!! Do the right thing and call me at the right time so that we can solve this. I work in a call centre i cant answer my phone as i please. Call me at 3pm today!!!

Thank you, i await your further advises. I been emphasizing to your consultants that i work in a call centre they cant just call anytime as i am not allowed to be on my cell anytime.

Someone called after 8, i requested to be called at 10 and they didnt call. Russell, if you are a consultant calling me and i keep telling you i cant talk at that time, which is true because i work in a call centre, obviously you will hand over to legal as you will think i am running away. I am aware i missed a premium and i am not running away. You consultants are just calling me at wrong times!!
