failure to be assisted with a consolidation loan regardless of being client with absa for since the first day I had an account in my life... (32yr dissatisfied long time absa client)

It all started back then when I was in high school and open a student account for R20 with Absa, and later on after a few years I upgraded to a savings account since I was getting paid as an intern.... as the years went by got better jobs that qualified me for a cheque account and a credit card. Absa approached with an offer and I accepted as they were the only bank I had used, I gladly agreed to becoming a cheque account holder. I started silver and then later to gold. God willingly I was progressing in life and got myself a bond for a 2 bedroom house and as a norm absa was my champion bank and they financed my bond 100%.... I also had an overdraft for R3000. Long story short 2017 tables turned where I faced some financial challenges & i got indebted with other institutions and now my overdraft has been cut down to R1500 "without my consent" I am slowly falling behind with my Absa bond, as they have refused to assist me with a consolidation loan numerous times... apparently as soon as my ID number is punched in the absa system I am "kicked out" like an outcast without crusly considering my circumstance and trying to assist... moral of my story its true when days are dark friends are.... we were best buddies with absa back then but now they dont even want to listen to my story and try atleast to help me as a longtime client. however I have told my self that once I bounce back I will close all my accounts with Absa and source for a value adding bank to start a new business relationship with... for absa do decline my applications for consolidation loans and reducing my overdraft, its like they are "throwing me under the bus". If they were to give me the R70k-90k that I have requested I would be able to pay off my debts and be back on my feet to grow our business relationship... but sadly as soon as I am back on feet its bye bye Absa....:-(
