Failure of Absa Private Banking

I’ve been trying to get assistance from Absa Private Banking for over 3 weeks now. All I’ve had was empty promises and disappointment. I’ve been to the branch as well as called in. The staff failed to honour their word on every occasion. If they do not require business from me, they should politely tell me and I’ll take my business elsewhere.
