Failed to give feedback on loan application.

I app**** for a loan on the 11 August it is now the 24th, all I'm being told is your application is with the payout department they will call me, now they saying I have missing document,.... I've never waited for assistance for this long poooor poooor stupid services woooooo Shem,,,, I'm reading other reviews about this bank they service is really bad I don't wanna lie.
