Failed to change debit order date

To someone who cares, this is the second review I'm writing regarding debit not going through although I requested them to change. In short requested debit order change for my homeloan to the 20th and again like my vehicle finance I am being failed by the bank I've been using for more than a decade.

Hi Vanessa, I also have an issue with Vehicle Finance (***7) which I logged a complaint with hellopeter and hasn't been addressed. Debit order requested on 20th but still debited on 15th. Can you please assist I didn't even get debicheck sms that it has been changed.
