Failed Service to get me to the airport on time, so upsetting
Called at 11am to request a ride to the airport for 2:30pm and it’s now 3 pm and my ride is still not here. Really not happy about this or the inconvenience. I am really disappointed at this level of ignorance and the disrespect.
