Failed Cash send Refund

I attempted to withdraw a cash send of 1000 at the R55 ATM, the ATM processed the funds however the money did not come out i logged a claim with them via phone as well as at the branch and was told that the ATM was faulty and my money will be refunded into my account, now my emails are ignored. Unprofessional #Disgusted
