F r a u D Absa Bank stay away from them

I spoke to a Thamdo at personal loan department now and while I was explaining to her that I increased my installment 2 weeks ago and it has not been changed!!!!! After 40 minutes struggle she puts the phone down in my ear. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with stay away from this rude staffed bank even the customer service is useless?!!!!! But they deduct R150 eagerly from my bank account for money that was not deducted on the 7th but today, MY ARRANGEMENT WAS THE 7TH IDOTS
