EXTREMELY UPSET WITH ABSA

Almost 3 weeks ago I app**** online for a ABSA personal loan. The application was provisionally approved and I was requested to email all my documents to ABSA. I emailed documents as requested and had no feedback for almost 10 days. Everyday I emailed and got no response! After sending 8 mails and no response I went into a branch. A loans consultant said that my application is in review and will be done in a couple of days. AGAIN after calling the branch for follow up , I got no response. I then went into the branch again and was told by the consultant that my loan was declined due to affordability! AFFORDABILITY????? That is impossible I have minimal credit and my salary is very high. Yesterday I received the following sms \ ABSA: Your Fica documents have been reviewed and are compliant. Please continue to keep up to date so we can keep you banking\" what is that for??? I called the Loan contact centre and they have advised that my loan was declined due to \"not enough proof of income\" I have sent everything up until my IT34, how can ABSA say not enough proof of income yet last month ABSA approved a bond for me on the same proof of income! ABSA IS INCONSISTENT ! Very Disappointing"
