Extremely poor service from Absa Business Banking, Pietermaritzburg

I am a business client of Absa's. I am very disappointed with their business banking and the service or lack thereof provided by them. I have to date sent 3 emails over the course of 1 month to my business banker and still no response from him. I had to call in at the branch and was informed that I would be assisted by another business banker who promised to assist me, but still no help. Sent both bankers a further email 5 days ago and still no reply or assistance from either. Very very disappointed that we cannot get simple assistance for our business needs. This is not the first time our requests have not been acknowledged or attended to.
