Extremely poor service

I recieved my need credit card my installment goes off on the 23 so I paid it in on the 20 as I done last month however my installment amount is on R1099 so I paid 1300 to be in advance but Absa took all the money and the debit order still is go off and this has happened before Absa are very inconsistent and do not care for there client s there system is very outdated extremely poor service
