Extremely poor service

I sat for 1hour at absa Greenacres, just to register my cellphone to use the *120*2272# service. One thing I know when it comes to Absa Greenacres they aren't serious about customer service. Poor service at this branch always dissapointed when I come here. I explained to the lady (Nommy Jonas) at the front of the branch what I was there to do and she directed me to the line I was to sit in, I sat in the line for more than an hour only to be told that the service is no longer available. If the front desk lady told me this to begin with than I would not have wasted all that time sitting in a line. Apparently Nommy is a manager at the branch🤷🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
