Extremely poor service

Tried to contact ABSA Private Bank, Stellenbosch by land line. My call was diverted to the call centre “ in JHB. They tried to connect with my “private banker “ on his cell number which in return diverted me to the “call centre, which tried to connect me with my “private banker” which diverted me with the “call centre “…………. I cancelled the call after 15 minutes. I do not need this bank in my life!
