Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!!

On the 27/01/2017 I app**** online for a Virgin Money credit card and then received a mail advising it has been approved subject to verification of information provided and that the card will be issued once the following documents have been received. A copy of Identity, bank statements that they had requested, latest payslips and proof of address was emailed and confoirmed was received. The courier also arrived a few days later with the new card and copies of alll doc-umentation was then provided to them. It was then confirmed that all was in order and within 3 working days the card would be activated. An initiation fee of R160 was also paid when a statement was received and I called in again and was told all was in order. On the 14/03/2017 I tried using the card for the 1st time and was then told its declined and card needs to be authorised. I then called in and then told I need to re-apply as my application is expired due to a system error in January 2017. The consultant then requested again proof of address and I then advised her I have settled my only retail account and she requested that an affidavit be completed from Absa with details of my co-habitant and then certified at the police station. All of this was done and immediately forward the same day and then resent the 15/03/2017 again. The consultant then advised me within 48 hours the card would be usuable. I called on the 18/03/2017 and was then requested to called again on the 22/03/2017 as it was not yet authorised due to the public holiday.I then called again on th 22/03/2017 and spoke to the same consultant Mashego who then told me I need to reapply again after she was the one who requested on the proof of address and that it then be forwarded A.S.A.P.Bearing in mind I have also previously spoken to Leroy who advised this matter was going to be resolved with 48hours from the 15/03/2017. As furious as I was I had provided her again with my details and she said application would take +/- 10 minutes and I would be called with an answer. I had also spoke to Leroy again who liased with Mashego and advised me that there would not be aneed to provided more documentation as they have received everything but i would need to discrad the card I have received. He requested that i call him back at 11.:15 on the 22/03/2017 which I did do and when requested to speak to him Mashego answered the call. She tell advised me that i need toi wait until 4pm on the 22/03/2017 for an answer as to whether or not this application is accpted or declined and that im confusing the matter by speaking to Leroy. So at this point in time it make me wonder as to exactly how long does one need to apply, how many times do you get the run arouknd by staff who clearly changes what is being said from week to week. I have dealt with numerous financial institutions but this is yet the worst i have come across.I have dealt with Tebogo,Mashego and Leroy and nothing positive has come of it. At this point I will advise anyone against ever applying with this institution as I am a client of Standard bank who i have settled recently and after some research and making a decision to apply with Virgin money I can honestly say its a complete waste of time and extremely bad customer service on their behalf when the client is held liable for applications havde in January and yet no one has the decency to advise what had then taken place.
