Extremely frustrated client with ABSA
In November ABSA introduced a service fee on mortgage loan not closed. I had no problem with the explanation when I contacted the bank. Problems started when they initiated the deductions. Contrary to my other DO with the bank which go off on the last day of the month the service fee was deducted on the 20th, then the 26th this month the 20th. This is messing up my financial plannig especially that I sent an email and spoke to one of their consultant about this but my request is simply ignored The bank deserved 0 stars for the way they failed to respond to my request
