Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I am past frustrated with trying to get simple things right, like opening a savings/ investment account with ABSA and doing via the App appears impossible as for the doing internet banking that's near impossible. I have been trying that for 2 years with no luck,

Now I am trying to reverse a debit order off my account that should not have gone through. I have emailed ABSA with absolutely no reply.

Very disappointed.
