Extremely Disappointed.

I never thought that in 2019 I'd come across a company that takes a month to process an application. I app**** on 12th May 2019 online, submitted all documents. I was pre-approved subject to verification. The website says you process within 10 days, sometimes sooner. But despite numerous calls my application was stuck at verification. I sent an e-mail to the complains Dpt and received a reference number but no-one ever called me back and followed up on my behalf. Today I've been told my application has expired, never verified. I am so disappointed and upset. How exactly does Virgin/Absa operate?
