Extremely disappointed

I opened a savings account for my son primarily due to the benefits offered on the account but it has been nothing but a nightmare to redeem the benefits. I am really not impressed especially since the account does not even yield any significant interest. I feel I have no reason to continue but to rather find an account for my child where he can at least earn some interest. Perhaps ABSA should look into making sure their offerings are what they promise the customer, it is also part of uplifting the brand and maintaining a great image after all. Thank you for nothing ABSA.
