Extremely Chaotic Application Process -BarclayCard

Dear Sirs, Im writing this more out of desperation then anything else. I app**** for a BarclayCard on the 3rd October online, I duly sent all my documents and my credit card was approved. I received a mail two days ago which states that ABSA/BarclayCard are waiting for an acceptance form from me in order to finalise the application. Herein lies the problem, there is no acceptance form attached. I have phoned in around 7 times and I get different suggestions/answers/reasons each time I call. They have advised I mail various addresses [Email Removed] , [Email Removed] and request assistance but no one gets back to me. Occassionally I get told they cant pick up my application, then I get told they waiting for certified documents and the reasons change periodically. The email states I must sign the acceptance form within 2 working days - which is today or I will need to apply again. I don't want to have to apply again. Please can someone assist me, the application number is ***. Please send me the acceptance form so I can sign it and we can move on. Thank you
