Extremely bad service
I have requested a paid up letter for my mothers account from August 2018 and we are still waiting. First someone would contact my mother, then another bs story of someone would contact her, then they needed to get an outsourced financial place to allocate the payment. How long does it take to allocate a payment? I'm extremely angry and disappointed in them. I want this paid up letter this week. I'm so sick of messaging them and they don't reply anymore. Disgusting service
