Extremely bad service

Late last year or early this year i logged a claim with Absa regarding my house. The house is in a seriously bad state and it is a matter of time before it crashes on my family.

On 16 January 2016 Absa responded and told me they were waiting for information from an appointed service provider. I was given reference number ********** . A builder was sent to do an assessment. He submitted his report. On 25 April i did a follow up by email and got no joy. I was told they made a mistake by sending a Builder and they would be sending a Loss Adjustment Consultant. He came also and did his assessment and submitted a report. I logged a complaint with the actionline on 4 May when i did not get updates after the Consultant visited my house. When i called the helpdesk i was told they would respond. I have been waiting. I am stressed, disappointed and sad. Both the Builder and the Consultant agreed that the house is not in a state to be occupied as the structure is highly compromised.
