Extremely bad customer service

Absolutely disappointed with ABSA. My money was taken by the atm at the east rand mall branch but the atm said transaction cancelled and nothing is reflecting in my account. I reported it immediately after this happened and was just told to go sit in a queue where I sat for almost an hour. This money is needed to pay for something extremely important and time sensitive and I am suffering because of the machines error.
