Extremely angry

On behalf of Mqondisi Ngcobo , ID number ********** 697081 -Absa has absolutely no right to debit my account without my authorization...Absa has debited an amount over my vehicle premium .I had received a call to get a proof which i had not sent however there was never any courtesy call to advise of any extra debit or to request for the proof as it was not received ...im extremely annoyed because I did mention i had a policy so as i had mentioned that surely somebody should have called again to request for proof ... I need all my money that is owed to me Asap ,I have alot i need to attend to this weekend 5-7 days will absolutely not work for me ,This to me is no different from the **** companies .I want my money immediately
