EXTRA INSURANCE DEDUCTION WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!!

I cannot believe in the more than 10years that i have had accounts with ABSA how arrogant they are in just deducting an additional \insurance"cover on my vehicle finance. After allegedly sending me an sms (which i didnt get) as well as posting a letter ( In a country where we dont have a actively working post service) they just assume that i dont have cover on my vehicle and deduct an additional R600 odd from my account. This when they would clearly see on my account that i do in fact have a debit order for insurance!!!! I cannot believe the cheeck!! Then they tell me that i will wait 5-10 working days for a refund? So quickly to deduct extra monies off a clients account and then I must wait??? Maybe its time to look at another bank to handle my finances...ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!"""
