Extra deduction fees
I recently, unexpectedly moved countries and wasn't able to close my account before leaving (since I had every intention to return but never did). Since then I've been having issues with trying to close my account and see now that they have been taking extra fees from my account due to "overdraft", my account is not in overdraft.
Due to the the pandemic, travel bans and pregnancy it's not safe for me to travel 2-3 hours to the nearest embassy to get paperwork done to close my account.
I'm annoyed with the responses I've been getting over emails and now noticing that for a few months they've been deducting extra fees for no reason.
