Extra costs on vehicle loan

I want to buy a car from relative. the car is 2018 low km model with a factory warranty and maintenance plan. Absa approved my loan but want to asses the car at my cost (few thousand rand), force me to take out a extended warranty (another few thousand rand) and a few thousand rand for service and delivery (what service, what delivery) I buy it from my relative, I will fetch it myself) and then on the quote it list the extended warranty under "value added products chosen by the client" with a comm/leads/binder fee! Apart from having a manufacturer warranty and maintenance plan, I did not choose it, you are forcing me to take it, otherwise I do not get the loan.
