extra charges on my cheque account (refund required from ABSA)

ABSA is charging me monthly transaction charges which I don't know of, because that is inclusive on my monthly service fee paid to ABSA. When I queried this, they acknowledged that I'm not supposed to be charged extra fees and they will reimburse my money. The issue was escalated to their management and I was told that I will get response within 24 hours, until today I have not heard anything from ABSA and its been a month now since I contacted them about this matter. I keep going to the branch and calling and sending emails but still nothing from ABSA. I guess this is their way of ignoring so that I will give up and they get to keep what's owned to me.
