extra charges

<p>I have a normal savings/transaction account with ABSA it's been working normal without any extra charges until today they charged me R395.55 internet banking fee and debited that money from my account I am so fade up with absa I have -R150 on my cheque account of which I tried to close that account and they advise me to come back after 3 day because I had pending transactions I have been banking with ABSA for years I never been charged so much for internet banking I want my money every transaction is being paid for no need for them to ***** money from my account because I pay as I use the account there's no monthly far that need to be paid</p>
