Extra Bank Charges Monthly

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>After closely looking at my monthly bank statements for the past 6 months I have come to realise that I am being charged extra amounts to the discussed and agreed upon charges for my gold value bundle account.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my knowledge I have on only one occassion exceeded my bundle where by I was smsed and told my free atm withdrawal limit has been reached and I will be charged extra after that.</p> <p> </p> <p>So after closer inspection I have noticed that under my monthly bundle amount of R98.00 there is almost always an additional "admin fee" except for one month this year.</p> <p> </p> <p>According to the 2016 pricing brochure (see attached) I have not exceeded in a way that justifies my account being charged R0.80 - R50.00 extra monthly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know what these charges are for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Merlyn Davids</p>
